Real projects and results from our practice
For our client, we implemented an AI-first platform that enables users to interact with the platform's data through AI. Users can create their own visualizations and derive insights from the data by interacting with an assistant embedded directly into the platform.
The assistant can answer business questions such as "What are my priorities for this week?" — each answer supported by actual data available within the platform. The assistant also allows users to easily configure monitoring and alerts, significantly reducing the time between an event occurring and the appropriate action being taken.
To achieve this, all relevant data sources available within the organization must first be identified — internal sources such as Excel files, databases, Power BI reports, and other business systems, as well as external ones: free APIs, publicly available web data, exchange rates, news, and other information that may affect business operations.
The data from these different sources is then unified, connected, and transformed into a single source of truth. AI makes it possible to automate activities that previously required large teams and significant manual work — for example, data mapping and integration can now be completed within minutes, with little or no manual intervention.
